Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the probet88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the platform operators.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website and its services after any such modifications are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any activities on this platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process.

Access to our services may be restricted in certain regions. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable to their current location.

Account registration and security

Single Account Policy

To maintain a fair environment, only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, or device. Discovery of multiple accounts will lead to immediate suspension.

Security Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to be your own action.

Verification (KYC)

We require identity verification before processing withdrawals. This ensures funds are sent to the correct person and prevents fraudulent activity.

Compromised Accounts

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify our support team through the official channels immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals

The platform supports various payment categories to facilitate fund transfers. Detailed limits and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the chosen method.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the exact name of the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly forbidden.

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and verification. We may request additional documentation to confirm ownership of the payment method before funds are released.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotional offer on probet88 is governed by its own set of specific terms. We encourage users to read these carefully before claiming any reward. You can find current offers on our promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to playthrough requirements, meaning a certain volume of bets must be placed before the funds can be converted to cash.

Fund Separation

Bonus balances are tracked separately from cash balances. The platform will typically utilize cash funds first before drawing from bonus funds.

Betting Limits

While a bonus is active, specific maximum bet limits may apply per round. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate bonus systems or exploit loopholes is considered abuse and may result in the removal of funds and account closure.

Game rules and fair play

The outcomes of all games hosted on our platform are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by the game software suppliers. This ensures that every round is independent and unpredictable.

In the event of a technical glitch, system failure, or interruption during a round, the result will be determined according to the specific game rules. Typically, rounds interrupted by technical errors are voided, and the stakes are refunded to the user's balance.

Disputed rounds will be investigated based on server logs provided by the game supplier. The supplier's logs are the final authority in resolving technical discrepancies.

Prohibited activities

To ensure the integrity of our services, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
Use of bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
Arbitrage or hedge betting to eliminate risk.
Attempting to exploit technical glitches or software bugs.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transfers.
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through payment providers.

Violation of these rules may lead to the immediate voiding of all winnings, permanent account closure, and the forfeiture of remaining balances.

Responsible gambling

We are committed to providing a safe environment. Users can access several tools to manage their activity, including deposit limits, session reminders, and cool-off periods.

Self-exclusion is a permanent decision. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be cancelled or shortened by the user or our support team.

For more detailed guidance and tool configurations, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Intellectual property

All content, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of probet88 or its partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without prior written consent from the platform operators.

Availability and liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance windows or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

While we strive for accuracy, obvious errors in displayed odds, account balances, or payout calculations may occur. In such instances, the platform reserves the right to correct these errors and adjust account balances accordingly.

Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, account sharing, or abusive behavior toward staff.

During an investigation, an account may be temporarily frozen. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate cash balances may be returned to the user, though funds derived from prohibited activity will be confiscated.

Data protection

The platform collects and processes necessary account and transaction data to provide services and comply with security standards. Your data is handled with confidentiality and is used solely for platform operations and verification.

For detailed information on how we use tracking technologies and manage your preferences, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Complaints and disputes

We encourage users to resolve any issues through our internal complaint channels first. To submit a formal dispute, please provide your account ID, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).

Our team will investigate the matter and provide a response. If a dispute remains unresolved after internal review, the platform's final decision on the matter shall be binding.
